Olanrewaju R. Jones (Rashmous) formerly known as Deejay Dog gee is a Nigerian singer, entertainer, songwriter, rapper cum actor. He was born on the 22nd of March and raised in Ikeja, Lagos, in the South Central Eko Ile. Lanre discovered his love for music at an early age and released his self titled debut single in 1999. In addition to his musical career, Lanre made so much impact in the music industry in 90’s during his Disc Jockey days.

In a short period of time, he (Rashmous) has succeeded in gathering a huge fans based both in Nigeria, Ghana as well as in the US, Uk and Europe. The multi-talented crooner with the hit single is gaining massive media attention and online airplay, while his management team is working hard to spread out his music across the universe.
Without mincing words, it is evident that Lanre (Rashmous) is one to watch out for. Hence, he is evidently here to stay and deliver his music to the world.

Lanre (Rashmous) dropped his first ever debut single “Eagles go fly” in the year 1999 which also was dedicated to the Super Eagles of Nigeria and he has featured MC Morris, Da Genius while the song ‘Eagles go fly’ enjoyed solid airplay both on radio and TV with the support of Kenny Ogungbe (Baba Keke) and Dayo Adeneye (D1).

Rashmous, however, stated that he would be delighted to work with producers like Cohbams, Don Jazzy, Jay Sleek, Doktor Frabz, Sarz. His desire also is to work with great producers like Dr. Dre. “There’s no difference between professionals and amateurs. Natural performance is the key to prove the skills inside-out”. He said.

As a versatile artiste, Rashmous is able to put together his kind of music to suit the listeners on the streetz, Clubs, plus the audience at a particular time and place. During his disc jockey days, Rashmous as learned how to carry the audience along with the kind of flavor they really want to listen and dance to, that’s where he gains more ability and skill as an artiste.

After the release of his new joint, he plans to drop a hit that will top the Nigerian chart and across the globe. With offers coming his way for more appearances and performances, Rashmous is set to go for great quality of music that suits his fans.
